Carson's First Christmas

Christmas has always been my favorite time of the year, and having Carson with us this year made it better than I could have ever imagined! Christmas is so much better as a mom! And thanks to his grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and Santa, Carson had a great first Christmas!! Even though he was a little sick we think he had fun! He was definitely more interested in the paper and boxes than his presents though :)

I took a ton of pictures (on my new camera...thanks mom and dad!!) Here are some of my favorites...they aren't really in any certain order.

It snowed here on Christmas Eve!! Carson was sick so he didn't get to stay outside for long, but we did get a few pictures :)

Happy Birthday Jesus cake, which Carson LOVED! It's so easy to get caught up in the decorations and gifts, but we want to make sure Carson always knows that Christmas is ALL about the birth of of Savior!

Here are all of Carson's new toys. He is loved by a lot of people!! Thanks to everyone for making his first Christmas so great! It was such a blessing to have Carson with us this year!

Christmas Pictures

We hadn't taken any Christmas pictures of Carson yet, so yesterday we headed to the park! Carson's Nanny got him this cute Rudolph shirt! It is the perfect shirt for Christmas pics! It was a beautiful day and Carson was all smiles :) Here are a few of my favorites!

10 Months Old!

Carson is 10 months old!! A lot has happened this past month! Here is what he has been up to:

He got his first cold :( Nothing too bad, just a runny nose and lots of cute little sneezes.

He had his first Thanksgiving meal!! I am so thankful that I had my sweet little boy with me this year, and he was thankful for the sweet potatoes :)

He is still crawling around everywhere and getting into everything! He can only stand on his own for a few seconds, but I am in no rush!

He finally got his first tooth!! It is barely poking out, but its definitely there! I think I can see a few more that are close too!

He also clapped for the first time the other day. It is the cutest thing!! I love it!

He is starting to copy me and Aaron. One of his favorite things to do is watch us blow into a cup, then he tries to do it...it is so sweet!

So much to be Thankful for!

We had a great thanksgiving and enjoyed getting to spend time with family! We have so much to be thankful for...starting with our happy, healthy, precious baby boy! He means the world to me and Aaron and we are so thankful God has entrusted his life to us! He is such a blessing!

Here is what Carson has been up to lately...

He is pulling up on everything!! He makes me so nervous, but it's so neat to see how much he is changing and learning! He looks so grown up!
