The greatest moment ever!

Carson has had a little trouble getting to sleep lately (this might be because it is still completely bright outside when we put him down!) So Aaron and I have had to be creative in finding ways to tire him out. Tonight we decided to take him to a park near our house. He ran and ran and had a blast with his Daddy! It must have worked too...as soon as we got home he got into his pjs, drank his milk, read a book, and went right to sleep! But the greatest part of the night was when I was putting him in his bed. He gave me a big hug and said "I ya, Mama" (which to him means "love you, mama"). I usually have to say it first, but tonight he was the first to say it. It was the greatest moment ever!! I love that little boy!

Little Golfer

My Dad and Grandpa made Carson some little golf clubs just his size! He tried them out last night and did pretty good!! He had one really good hit (which I didn't get on tape, but I did get a few more). Aaron was so proud! I don't think there is any chance that Carson won't like golf :)

Here is a video of Carson perfecting his golf skills :) He has quite the little attitude when Aaron tries to help him...he wants to do it all by himself! But Carson will soon learn that he needs his Daddy to teach him everything he knows!

Carson's First Haircut!

Well, we finally went today and got Carson's haircut for the first time. I put it off for as long as I could! I wasn't sure if he would like it too much, but he did surprisingly well! He got to sit in a little car chair, watch Toy Story 2 (his favorite movie!) and eat M&Ms...not too bad if you ask me! He sat there like such a good boy! The only part he didn't really like was when she had to spray his hair to get it wet. Other than that, he didn't mind it at all! I'm a little sad that all of his curls are gone, but he does look pretty darn cute!

Yard Work

This morning Carson helped Aaron clean out the flower bed in the front yard. He had so much fun using his little shovel! Really, anything he can do with his Daddy makes him happy :)
