Yesterday we took Carson to the park for the first time. He loved the swings!! Every time we pushed him he would make a scared face because it tickled his tummy and then follow it up with a big smile :) I definitely see many more trips to the park in our future!

Bath Time

Carson gets to take "big boy" baths now! He looked pretty funny in the little infant bathtub so we finally had to go out and get him a new chair for bath time. He can't quite sit by himself yet so this is the perfect solution for now. I wasn't sure if he was going to like it at first, but he seem to like it just fine :)

6 Months Old!

I took Carson to see the Dr today for his 6 month check up. The Dr's exact words were "He is perfect!" ~which I already knew :) She said everything looks great and was very pleased with his growth. Here are his stats:

Weight: 16lbs 13oz (45th percentile)

Length: 27.25 inches (75th percentile)

Head circumference: 17 cm (30th percentile)

In other words, he is definitely not a preemie any more! It is so hard to believe he is already 6 months old.

What a difference a year makes

Exactly one year ago Aaron and I got to see our sweet Carson for the first time. And even better, we got to hear his little heart beat..something neither of us will ever forget!

So Aaron had the idea to take a picture of Carson holding his first sonogram picture. Who knew he was so sentimental :) Carson has grown quite a bit in the last year!

Little Levis Baby

I love these pictures. Carson is starting to look like such a little boy! It is so hard to believe he will be 6 months old next week! Where has the time gone??

Baby Bunnies

Last night when Aaron was mowing the yard he found a little hole with 3 baby bunnies in it! (Actually he mowed over the hole but luckily none of the bunnies were hurt!) We decided to take Carson outside to see what he thought of them...we think he liked them, but it's kind of hard to tell. And of course Sadie was very interested! Here are a few pics :)
