A visit with Santa

Carson didn't really care for Santa this year :( He will talk about Santa all day long, and he was even excited when we were in line to see him, but when it was his turn to go sit on his lap Carson had a change of heart. He was so scared!! I felt like such a horrible mom making him sit there just for a picture...but I will look back on this picture year after year and be thankful that I did :)

This is the only good picture I got...all the rest are blurry because Carson was swinging his arms and kicking his legs to get away...poor thing!

A boy and his hat

Carson got a new hat the other day and just loves to wear it! He hardly ever takes it off! It came with a little pair of mittens (which Carson calls his "guvs"-so cute!) which are also a big hit...but its pretty hard to play without the use of your fingers :)

Here are a few pictures I took a few days ago. Carson is loving the Christmas tree! His absolute favorite thing to do is turn the lights on by pushing the button with his foot...he thinks he is such a big boy when we ask him to turn the tree on :)

Here Carson is with his new Rudolph! He never lets this thing out of his sight!!

PS. I made Carson's tie t-shirt (its not perfect, but I think it gets the job done), thanks to my friend Robin! She has some girls over for a craft day and showed us how easy it is to make cute shirts for little ones :) So fun!!

70 degree weather in November??

Carson and I have been taking full advantage of the extra warm weather the past few days by doing what else...playing outside!! I just love spending my day with this sweet little man! I have the best job in the world :)

Carson Photo Shoot

I know what you're thinking...Carson lives in a continuous photo shoot. But yesterday we actually went to the park with the sole intention of getting some good pictures (for our Christmas card). And it's really hard not to get a good picture with a little guy as cute as Carson :) He had a blast playing in the leaves and throwing rocks, and I was able to get some pretty good shots! I wasn't able to narrow it down too much, so here are all of my favorites!
